Love Is Where It Is Now, The-Dream Talks Love/Hate II at the Grammy Museum
The nine-time Grammy winner discusses his new album and creative process on Monday, October 26, at 7:30 p.m. at the Grammy Museum.

The man behind some of the most familiar hooks of the last two decades will sit down in a 200-seat room at L.A. Live. The Grammy Museum lists A Conversation With THE-DREAM for Monday, October 26, at 7:30 p.m. in the Clive Davis Theater.
A Sequel Nineteen Years Later
The museum says the evening celebrates the release of his new album, Love/Hate II, with a discussion of his creative process. It calls the record the sequel to his 2007 debut, arriving 19 years later, and says it dives into “the entangled, complicated, and messy reality of love today.” The page quotes him, “I want to make a record about where love is now.”
uDiscover Music reported that the album arrived July 10 on RadioKilla Records and Republic Records.
The museum describes him as a nine-time Grammy winner and credits him with Beyoncé’s “Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It),” Rihanna’s “Umbrella” and Justin Bieber’s “Baby.” The listing does not name a moderator or say whether he will perform.
Another Night in the Clive Davis
The theater has been busy with album-release evenings. Velvet covered Lucky Daye’s Grammy Museum night and Busta Rhymes celebrating Dillagence II in the same room. Two nights later the museum hosts a book program for Madonna’s Into the Groove.
