Mistakes happen, and we would rather hear about them than leave them standing.

How to flag an error

Use the contact page. Include the story link, the sentence in question and a source that shows the correct information if you have one.

What we do

We check the claim against the original sources and any new ones you send. If we were wrong, we correct the story and add a note at the end describing what changed and when. Small fixes to spelling or style that do not change meaning are made without a note.

When details change

Event dates, lineups and prices move. When an organizer changes plans after we publish, we update the story when we learn about it.
