The Greek Theatre sits in the hills of Griffith Park, and this week it belongs to country music. Ella Langley plays the open air amphitheater on Tuesday, October 13, and Wednesday, October 14, as part of The Dandelion Tour, and Discover LA lists the run among its upcoming highlights.

The two Los Angeles shows were among 21 dates Pollstar reported in June that Langley was adding to the sold out tour. They arrive at the top of a remarkable year. Pollstar noted that she won all seven ACM Awards she was nominated for, that her album Dandelion earned RIAA Platinum certification, and that her single “Choosin’ Texas” became the first song by a woman to simultaneously top the Billboard Hot 100, Hot Country Songs and Country Airplay charts.

Kameron Marlowe and Laci Kaye Booth are on the bill, according to Holler, which lists doors at 6 p.m., the first opener at ten past 7 p.m. and Langley expected around 9 p.m.

For a sense of the show, Holler published the set Langley played on October 7 at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Colorado. The main set opened with “Dandelion,” Marlowe joined her for a cover of “Strangers,” and the encore closed with “That’s Why We Fight.” Setlists shift from night to night, so treat it as a guide and not a promise.

Pollstar and Holler both describe the tour as sold out, so check the Greek’s ticket page for any remaining seats before heading up the hill. The theatre is at 2700 N. Vermont Ave. in Griffith Park.
